This MiLocks electronic deadbolt accepts up to 10 radio frequency remote controls that work up to 30ft away (without obstructions). It is great for exterior door such as front door, side door, back door, garage entry door and other doors that use a traditional deadbolt. It works for both left handed and right handed doors. If you own more than one MiLocks remote control lock you are able to program one remote to control all of them! Simple programming has made adding and deleting users a walk in the park. The remote controls work on rolling code technology, an encrypted signal unreadable by code scanners. The cylinder is also bump resistant for added security. One remote and 2 traditional keys are included with every remote control door lock. This keyless entry door lock uses a common KW1 keyway making it possible for a locksmith to re-key it to match your existing key. No more extra keys, no more tucking a key under the mat, simply share a remote and give keyless access instantly. The latch has an adjustable backset (60Mm and 70Mm) to fit most applications with standard door prep. You can mount this lock on doors 1 1/4 inch (30Mm) up to 1 7/8 inch (48Mm) thick, and up to 2 1/4 inch (57.15Mm) with extension kit (sold separately). This electronic deadbolt can also be controlled via smartphone or other smart devices by integrating into your INSTEON home automation system.
